• To determine amount of time to block, and to decide if marker, contrast injection or additional sequence/scan is required.
• Radiographer to sign off all screening/consent form and staff to scan duly completed documents into Plato.
• Billing is based on booking form or verified through phone confirmation.
• Add-on scans will require prior approval from clinic/clinicians verified through approved communication portal.
• Ask pt to take a visual of their form for insurance claim & make a copy for Medisave due diligence.
• On arrival, perform due diligence of Medisave checking on balance/entitled amount before the scan.
• Perform financial counselling clearly and to be acknowledged before the scan.
• Upon completion of scan to check that contrast serial number if given, is pasted on form, amount administered documented and the Dr/nurse administrating the contrast is documented.
• Procure LOG/GOP from international insurance companies e.g.: CIGNA, BUPA
• Perform cash, credit card, contactless & banking transactions.
• Perform checks & end day settlement for invoices, reconcile Plato pay transactions against Stripe payments received.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Issue invoice to clients, issue Purchase Order to Suppliers & Manage Suppliers' invoice
• Monthly processing of payroll, petty cash claims, payment to the suppliers and subcontractors
• Maintaining employee records, organizing training & arranging Medical check up
• Managing and maintaining company vehicles which includes servicing, road tax and insurance
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties when required

Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Inter-Co Group AR & AP oversea Global Netting
• Reconciliation, checking, declaring, settlement & clearance
• Create AR Statement of Account
• Reconcile of AR & AP Aging & follow up
• Retrieval of invoices from system / overseas country
• Bank Netting declaration
• SAP clearance & off-set
• Audit Report Working & Analysis
• TT remittance Group Netting/Oversea Agents, etc
• All settlement through banking system input netting template for AR & AP
• Follow-up inquiry & disputes
• Proper documentation & supporting documents & filing
• Distribution of output to respective division
• Ad hoc assignment

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy
• Hands-on experiences in accounting on Intercompany global netting (preferred) & keeping full set of accounts
• Experience in both Share Service and Freight Forwarding & Logistics company is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel and Word) & SAP accounting system

Requirements

• High School Diploma or a bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts
• Proven work experience as a Commis Chef, Chef, Prep Cook , or a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Experience in MICHELIN and / or fine dining restaurants are highly advantageous
• Complete knowledge of the industry’s best practices, hygiene, and safety standards
• Familiarity with various food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
• Excellent hygiene standards and have a valid Food Hygiene certificate
• Ability to work at flexible hours and on weekends
