Job requirements

Technical Competencies:

• For assistant senior counsellor position:
• A minimum qualification of a master’s degree in counselling recognized by Singapore Association of Counselling (SAC)
• Registered clinical member with SAC (or in the process of applying).
• For assistant senior social worker position:
• A minimum qualification of a recognised bachelor’s degree in social work (or higher).
• Registered social worker with SWAAB (or in the process of applying).
• At least 4-5 years of work experiences in relevant field.
• Experiences in marital and parenting counselling.
• Ability to assess and manage risks (family violence, child abuse and suicide) when it is detected.

Core Competencies:
