Position: HR & Admin Executive

Working hours: 5 Days, Mon to Fri 8:30am to 6:00pm
Basic Salary: $2,800 to $3,300 (Salary commensurate according to experiences)
Working location: Jurong
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle the full spectrum of HR functions including payroll, benefit & welfare compensation, recruitment and training activities
- Maintain accurate personnel records, and provide monthly salary payment summary report, attendance records, leave records, OT records
- Preparation of quarterly sales commission and incentive calculation for sales personnel
- Process work passes applications / renewals / cancellations / appeals and medical check-up arrangements
- Ensure timely submission for statutory matters like CPF, IR8A, IR21, MOM and related matters
- Ensure that current HR practices are in compliance with governmental regulations and advising management on needed actions
- Liaise with external agencies for man power matters
- Administer the group insurance, vehicle insurance and process staff insurance claims
- Maintain good working relationship with staff on all corporate level to improve working environment
- Vehicle service and maintenance matters to be arranged accordingly when required
- Renewal of licenses and liaising with Government agencies and other related matters (SFA, LEW, PUB, Building Management)
- Day-to-day administrative duties such as filing, purchasing stationary supplies, etc.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates who require work passes need not apply
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or related business field
- Candidates with 3 years of relevant experiences preferred
- Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Malay
- Candidates with IHRP certification would be an added advantage
- Good analytical skills with a high proficiency in MS Excel & Word will be an added advantage
- Possess good knowledge of statutory requirements (Employment Act, CPF Act, Income Tax Regulations)
- Able to work in a team and follow company guidelines
- Other ad hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time by superior
- Able to start work immediately
