• Take charge of local authority submissions for various projects.
• Work as a member of project teams
• Advising the team on code and statutory requirements
• Preparing the building plan submissions and submitting the plans through the Corenet
• Approval of the plans and local authority inspections of the completed works on site.

Requirements:

• Recognized architectural technician qualification
• Minimum 3 years relevant practical experience
• Knowledge of local codes
• Ability to prepare, submit and follow through submissions of building plans to relevant local authorities.
• Knowledge of BIM and Revit
