Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide HR Administrative support to HR Department.
• Liaise with Recruitment Agency for Part Timer hiring
• Schedule interviews with Recruitment Agency
• Credit Leave for staffs.
• Arrangement of gifts (staffs welfare) when necessary
• Follow up on Food & Hygiene cert and reimbursement to staff.
• Handle high volume of Filing, maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
• Perform other ad-hoc and administrative duties as per assigned.
Experience & Skills:
• At least N level and above with 1-year full spectrum of administrative experience.
• Able to multi task and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge in MS Office and Excel.
• Experience in handling end-to-end payroll is a must.
• Good working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills, team work, initiative and good time management.
• Able to commence work immediately or within a short notice
