• Assist in Workpass applications
• Ensures the accuracy of the SAP system and signs off all newhire and resignee entry data in SAP as well as other changes made to the system;
• Ensures that all newhires are properly inducted within a stipulated timeframe;
• Ensures that all resignees are put through the proper exit clearance procedures;
• Handles HR projects and ensures the proper execution or management of such projects;
• Ensures the accuracy and up-to-date record of all project CVs, contact information and other employee database;
• Supports effectively in all project implementation through manpower support, costing and other arrangements;
• Ensures the complete maintenance of all job descriptions in the Company;
• Assist timely submission of recruitment, exit interview and other reports to management in a timely manner. Highlights key implications of reports to management as applicable;
• Ensures the proper filing, documentation (whether in electronic or hardcopy) of all employee and HR documents and the easy retrieval of such information;
• Ensures proper housekeeping and efficient administration of the HR office;
• Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities & Duties

• Providing professional TCM consultation and treatments for patients
• Attending to patient’s enquiries about treatments and other related queries
• Ensuring proper documentation of treatment services and medicine assigned to patient
• Attending health talks as well as workshops if required
• Educate patients for suitable treatment options to achieve optimal outcomes.
• To manage maintenance of premises, equipment, and machinery.
• To coordinate with relevant departments and perform necessary administrative and operational duties for smooth clinic operation.
• To work closely with clinic and sales assistant to help with clinic and understanding on company available product sales & services for customer treatment.

Requirements

• Min Diploma/Advanced Diploma/ Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine
• Must possess a valid certification with Singapore Traditional Medicine Practitioners Board
• With at least 3 years of working experience as a TCM Physician is preferred

Job Description:

a. Corporate Taxation

• Supporting clients on taxation services as follows:
  Preparations of clients’ corporate tax computations
  Preparations of ECI and Form C/C-S and the filings to IRAS
  Preparations and filings of withholding taxes to IRAS
  Preparations of application of COR for DTA
  Research on various tax matters
  Any other ad hoc works related to corporate tax
  

b. Individual Taxation services

• Computation of clients’ individual taxes, preparation of IR8A, on-line filing of tax return to IRAS
  Preparation of AIS data
  

c. Handling tax inquiries and audit from IRAS

d. Assisting seniors in relation to documentations of transfer pricing

e. Assisting seniors for other tax related engagements

f. Administrative functions of tax assignments

• Preparation of invoices
  Maintain / Update of internal master files / records
  Keep and maintain proper records of tax clients
  

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma preferably in an accounting/business/tax-related field.
• Possess 1 – 2 years of experience in Singapore tax compliance.
