REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing competency frameworks and training programmes. Familiarity with the Skills Future Framework for Media industry will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and maintaining the HR information systems (HRIS) and ensuring that they are efficiently and effectively supporting the HR department and the organization's HR processes.
