Your Day in The Life

• Taking Care of the full employee lifecycle of the consultants hired within the region.
• Provide HR Induction to the consultants.
• Approving the offer letter and contract extensions via the HRMS system
• Handling payroll for consultants in the region and computing final settlement

• Manage and prioritize demands from stakeholders and HR business partners to optimize resources supporting the employee life cycle.

About you

• A diploma in Business and a business-related major with good experience is preferred.
• At least 1-2 year of experience in operational or generalist HR or HR SSC environment, payroll knowledge an advantage
• IHRP certification is an advantage
• Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good attention to detail, along with an open and investigative mindset.
