Our client is a Education Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Telesales Representative to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Responsibilities:

• Use sales scripts to introduce products or services to leads, adapting scripts as needed.
• Understand the target market and confidently answer questions about the company or its programs.
• Qualify leads and refer them to the sales team.
• Enter and update customer information in Salesforce, maintaining accurate records.
• Ensure accuracy in sales information to avoid misrepresentation.
• Achieve or exceed sales goals.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Nitec in any field.
• Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and telephone systems.

Job Summary:

Join a leading financial services group in Asia with a presence in 18 markets. As we continue to redefine banking, innovation, and customer experience, we're looking for dynamic individuals to join our client in the banking industry.

5.5 days per week

Responsibilities:

1. Proactive sharing, understanding, and knowing customers banking needs and refer customers to adopt alternate banking channels (e.g., ATMs, Video Teller Machines, DigiBank) where suitable, for enhanced customers’ experience and journey.
2. Be familiar and proactively keeps up to date with latest banking products, processes, and services so as to be able to suggest alternate banking solutions for customers where fitting.
3. Assist in customers’ general enquiries and ensure service delivery standards at all times, including attending service huddles with branch team.
4. Assist customer with banking transactions using branch connect system (eg passbook update) or via Order taking.

• Open to schedule as per assigned by supervisors during branch operation hour
• Willingness to be on your feet most of the time

• Partnering with hiring managers during full cycle TA recruitment for contract positions in Singapore.
• Partner with hiring managers in understanding and clarifying talent needs and expectations, as well as formulating effective recruitment strategies and hiring plans for contract positions in Singapore.
• Contract management for renewals and replacements.
• Recruitment and hiring for internship requests; involve in coordination for monthly internship engagement events and internship graduation ceremony.
• Involve in job fairs to attract top talents in the market.
• Support HR general functions such as operations, compensation and benefits, T&OD in different processes.
• Suggest ideas for populating HR data and ease for PowerPoint presentation
• Utilise various recruitment channels, in the most cost-effective ways and determine the most effective sourcing method for the candidate pool and resume screening, including job posting at different channels and send out internal updates for referrals.
• Assist in the design and draft quarterly highlights and updates for the HR Newsletter to SG employees

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business or equivalent.

• Min. 3 years experience in end-to-end recruitment in Engineering, chemical or water industry.

Salary range: Up to $4.5K
