• Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts and outlets to secure press coverage
• Arrange interviews, press conferences, and media appearances for the company
• Monitor news coverage and mentions of the company, and proactively address any negative or damaging information
• Manage marketing inventory for communication materials (social media, print, merchandising etc.)

1. Collaboration:

• Assist with the development of marketing collaterals - work with in-house designer and external agencies to oversee designs and productions of marketing materials, POSM materials, traditional and digital media contents, PR publicity, and advertisements
• Responsible to drive activities performances for one of Company's brands to meet objectives
• Liaise with mall management on mall activities and advertising channels
• Work closely with the operations team to manage their communication, promotional and marketing execution, and needs

1. Others:

• Handle and manage 3rd party online delivery platforms
• Manage the POS system menu and price changes.
• Any other ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Business / Marketing or related disciplines or equivalent
• Possess exceptional F&B industry knowledge and familiar with different strategies used by industry players and competitors.
• Prior experience as a Senior Marketing Executive with digital marketing and/or agency experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Offices; Familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus.
• May require to work during weekends and public holidays for promotion events.
