What will you do?

In this position you will join our Buildings business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of building and infrastructure projects.

• Accountable for the overall success of all aspects of projects assigned. This includes but is not limited to contract negotiation, project management, managing timeliness, quality, risk management, project financial performance, communication, and scope management of the projects, in line with the Aurecon methodology.
• Lead projects from initial scoping through detailed design and commissioning and handover across a wide variety of projects, including preparation of technical specifications, reports, and estimates.
• Responsible for developing of client proposals and tenders in conjunction with Work Winning Team to achieve commercially profitable business objectives. This includes bid planning, facilitation, costing, writing, technical inputs, and signoff as required.
• Act as a technical expert to mentor and develop other electrical engineers within the team and provide electrical design expertise in overseeing all technical aspects of projects.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the client plan and positive client relationships, and the development, and motivation of team and junior engineers.
• Associate level will be involved in managing project profitability and financial contribution for allocated projects; ensure financial performance of the allocated projects in accordance with client proposals, business plans and budgets.

What can you bring to the team?

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, with at least 10+ to 15+ years related professional experience in buildings services, project management qualification and solid technical expertise. A strong background in building electrical design within a consulting environment will be advantageous.
• High level engineering consulting and client management skills, experienced in the delivery of major and/or complex design projects.
• Excellent communicator with well-developed commercial, analytical and technical skills, with a strong client focus and proven track record in business development.
• Ability to manage projects from strategic and detailed planning, concept and detailed design, and to demonstrate leadership and team management skills.

Learning and Development

• Analyze data on the competencies required and gaps identified in the department for the training needs analysis based on current and future business requirements
• Oversee and manage the end to end L&D process – develop training plan, delivery methods, sourcing for training providers, gathering feedback and analysing data to measure effectiveness of learning outcomes
• Manage and monitor training budgets and grant schemes for learning programmes
• Ensure timely registration of internal or external course applications and follow up as well as notifying staff on the training details
• Coordinate and record of training activities, conduct staff orientation and evaluate training effectiveness

Requirement:

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing the ServiceNow HRSD platform to enhance HR operations and improve employee experience. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, ServiceNow HRSD functionalities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

· Implement and configure the ServiceNow HRSD platform to meet business requirements.

· Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and document business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

· Design and develop workflows, forms, and reports within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.

· Author, drive, and own the solution design for HRSD implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

· Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the ServiceNow HRSD platform, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

· Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the platform.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow HRSD features and best practices to continuously improve the platform.

Qualifications:

Join us an Asian FX Trader

· We are looking to add to our growing Global EM FX team at NWM. This role will be based in Singapore, but you will work closely within the Global pod with teams based in London and Stamford.

· Your focus will be supporting the Asia FX franchise during SG hours with the benefit of having access to our Global customer franchise including a strong mix of Corporate, FI, Real Money and Private Fund names.

· You will be working closely with key stakeholders to develop a strong Asia FX offering across traditional Voice and Electronic venues. You will contribute to the Global EM franchise development, reviewing all flows and market movements across various regions and building strong communication channels with wider teams and generating trading strategies.

What you’ll do

You will be involved with on-going projects with particular focus on electronic trading and help build pricing / analytics / risk management tools. You will be working alongside a VP EM trader.

Your top priorities will include:

· Providing consistent levels of pricing, ensuring that the client pricing capability is consistent with business goals.

· Helping meet financial objectives including managing costs as set down by trading management.

· Working with sales to widen our client foot print.

· Contributing to the overall desk trading strategy. Conducting regular reviews looking at key flow metrics as well as desk performance and formulate plans to address underperforming areas. Escalating any risk breaches or system weaknesses in line with policies, whether this be related to market risk, conduct risk, operational risk or otherwise.

· Ensuring that your product area is compliant with dealing authorities, positions and risk limits, as well as our regulators' rules and regulations.

The skills you'll need:

We need you to have experience of trading Asian FX, including either non-deliverable or deliverable forwards, or ideally both. Some electronic trading literacy is required although this need not be direct electronic trading experience.

To be a team player with a strong work ethic and a high degree of initiative.
The ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.
