• Accountable for the overall success of all aspects of projects assigned. This includes but is not limited to contract negotiation, project management, managing timeliness, quality, risk management, project financial performance, communication, and scope management of the projects, in line with the Aurecon methodology.
• Accountable for effective closeout of projects and debrief on all projects with the client, Client Relationship Executive/Managers and Project Leaders; responsible for providing technical expertise and overseeing all technical aspects of projects.

Financial management

• Manage project profitability and financial contribution for allocated projects; ensure financial performance of the allocated projects in accordance with client proposals, business plans and budgets.

People Management & Competency Development

• Responsible for the leadership, management, development, and motivation of team, ensuring the ongoing development of careers and competencies, services and technologies within the Service Group.

What can you bring to the team?

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need the following:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, and minimum 10+ years’ relevant professional/technical experience and/or specialization, project management qualification and solid technical expertise
• High level engineering consulting and client management skills, experienced in the delivery of major and/or complex design projects (i.e. Data centre design or related will be highly regarded)
• Excellent communicator with well-developed commercial, analytical and technical skills, with a strong client focus and proven track record in business development
• Ability to manage projects from strategic and detailed planning, concept and detailed design, and to demonstrate leadership and team management skills
• Ability to lead a team of junior staff

We’re looking for a versatile, proactive team player to join us as a BizOps Associate! From member engagement and front desk responsibilities to supporting our social media and marketing efforts, you’ll be a key player in keeping our gym running smoothly and our community engaged.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Operations: Welcome members, manage check-ins, answer inquiries, and help keep the gym organized. As the first point of contact, you’ll set the tone for a warm, engaging experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
• Member Engagement: Build relationships with our members, help them feel part of the Pineapple MMA family, and keep them updated on events and activities.
• Social Media & Marketing Support: Work alongside our social media team to assist with posts, member engagement, and keeping our followers in the loop on all the exciting things happening at the gym.
• General Gym Operations: Jump in wherever you’re needed, whether that’s supporting events, helping with gym upkeep, or assisting in projects.

Through our Active Ageing Centres, we engage seniors and support them by reaching out to them, understanding their needs, curating programmes that cater to those who are active, and befriending those who are isolated and vulnerable.

As a Programme Associate, you play an important role in sharing our goal in the work of the AAC and assisting the Centre-in-charge in fulfilling the objectives of the AAC and meeting the targets set by the management and funders. You shall also look out for vulnerable seniors and support their needs.

You will need to

• Promote NTUC Health Active Ageing Centres' eldercare services and programmes
• Conduct/support active ageing programmes and encourage active participation with seniors which includes conducting community screening assessments, organising and conducting active ageing programmes
• Providing befriending services
• Monitoring their vital signs
• Coordinate care and support services through internal referral or to external agencies
• Provide support to seniors at outreach events and programmes
• Carry out administrative functions such as data entry, record keeping and report submissions in a prompt and accurate manner
• May be required to perform additional duties and work over the weekends or after office hours

• Diploma or Degree from any discipline
• Proficient in Google Suite Applications

Additional Advantageous Skills:
