1. ensure that the cafe maintains high standaed of cleanliness, safety and food quality. At the same time, the director will guide the trainee on the shift scheduling and manage staff performance.

2. identify new sales opportunities such as events or promotions to drive revenue growth and how to adjust sales strategues based on performance data and market trends.

3. monitor the cafe expenses and implement cost saving measures where possible and maximise the profits.

4. utilize social media and in store promotion to attract customers at the same time collaborate with the baking team to develop new products to keep the cafe offering fresh and attractive.

5. handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

6. prepare and present reports on sales, operations and financial performance and identify any possible areas for improvements.

Expand into the renewables sector by identifying and securing profitable charters and business opportunities in renewables markets in the Asia-Pacific region to achieve extensive commercial coverage.

Role:

• Ensure that Business Unit receivables are maintained below 3 months’ revenue.
• Ensure full compliance and timely execution of all commercial function policies and processes.
• Develop and maintain an up-to-date map of clients in all identified renewables markets within Business Unit.
• Develop and keep updated organizational charts identifying key “buyers,” “users,” and “influencers” for high-priority clients in renewables markets.
• Record all visit reports and opportunities in Poseidon or other marketing tools.
• Plan and submit a client visit schedule for the identified renewables markets in Business Unit.
• Respond to all inquiries within 24 hours and submit all proposals or tenders within the client’s deadline or as agreed upon with the client.
• Track open bids or submitted proposals, and ensure timely follow-up with clients until an award outcome is reached.
• Represent the company at industry events related to renewables markets to promote services.
• Provide updates or reports in the Monthly Management Review meeting to Senior Management.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant commercial and business development experience in the offshore industry, with a preference for experience in renewables markets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
