Key responsibilities
- Leading the EA APAC business operations
- Developing sales strategies for APAC region for EA power products
- Identification of new and existing market opportunities for EA power products
- Nurturing customer relationships in APAC region
- Individual responsibility for achieving regional sales targets
- Close collaboration with regional and global corporate leadership team to align on overall strategies
- Leading and developing the EA APAC team
- Set up and establish technical service and support infrastructure in the region
- Resolving potential technical/commercial/logistical challenges with key customers
Job requirements (education or experience and skills required to be able to perform this job)
- Significant knowledge and experience in the market for power conversion products in test and measurement applications
- University degree in engineering, preferrably electrical engineering
- Professional experience in sales for test and measurement markets
- At least 5 years of leadership experience
- Drive to achieve short and long-term company goals
- Strong technical understanding and skill set
- Ability to develop and negotiate customer specific solutions for application requirements
- Extensive communication skills
- Fluent in English, Chinese, and preferably additional regional languages
