• Evaluate the key risks in client’s business, and the impact on changes of business environment with relation to clients
• Review audit workpapers to ensure quality and compliance with relevant standards
• Apply professional scepticism and judgement throughout the engagement
• Deliver analytics-driven insights through technology
• Analyse resolutions to significant regulatory accounting and auditing issues
• Review information accompanying the financial statements in accordance with applicable standards

Clients Management

• Manage project timelines and client’s expectations
• Identify new ideas and business solutions to existing clients
• Support and develop client’s relationships

Engagement Team Management

• Provide support and guidance to team members
• Facilitate discussion of ideas

Position Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Professional membership preferred (CA Singapore, ICAEW, ACCA, CPA)
• Minimum 5 years of audit experience in external financial audit
• Demonstrated technical abilities in select areas (SFRS, SSA, Singapore Companies Act)
• Good analytical, interpersonal, time management, research, and communications skills
• Must be able to effectively work with new and changing situations, where there may not always be a readily apparent solution
