1. Dance rehearsals and performances on recorded music and creating the right environment to get the best out of each of them, technically and creatively.

2. Selection of songs, sound effects or narrative to accompany a dance / performance.

3. Work closely with instructors or other artiste / dancers to interpret or modify choreography.

4. Manage and oversee all members of the team in conjunction with the artist.

5. Hire coaches and trainers to help artists with dancing, makeup artist, etc.

6. Ensure the smooth running of rehearsals and performances.

7. Inspect equipment and facilities to ensure that they meet the artist’s specifications.

8. Keep abreast with current trends in music, choreography and presentation.

9. Determine type of marketing and advertising appropriate, based on demographics.

10. Manage and engage with a huge number of contacts within his own professional networks.

11. Add value to the artist's work by ensuring they are able to focus purely on performing to an expected norm and standard.
