Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; understanding of banking business is a plus
• At least 5 - 6 years of experience in research, finance, consulting, or strategy development, preferably from the banking industry
• Ability to drive the process from fact-finding through strategic recommendation
• Experience working with various stakeholders and coordinating interests of relevant parties
