• Project Planning - develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timelines after discussion with the Business Units (BU)
• Consultants’ management: assemble and lead the appointed consultant team, including interior designer, architect, engineers.
• Budget management: create and manage the project budget, and ensuring project cost is within budget.
• Schedule management: ensure milestones are met and project on schedule.
• Design and Engineering: advice on mechanical design of A&A works of other projects within the BET team.
• Communication - Continuous reporting to BU of project progress, costs, and any concerns
• Documentation - maintain proper project documentation.
• Problem solving: address and resolve any technical or logistical issues that arise during the project.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Managing project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Resolving conflicts and disputes that may arise during the construction process.
• Preparing regular progress reports and financial updates for management.
• Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks and issues, taking proactive steps to mitigate them.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction management.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in construction management software and tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Diagnose gaps and identify opportunities through strategic engagement of key accounts/ partners
• Develop engagement plan, recommend appropriate solutions and track projects progress via a data driven approach
• Forge effective partnerships/ relationships with strategic stakeholders including sectoral agency, union and trade associations
• Support outreach, marketing and networking events that will increase awareness and adoption of best practices

Requirements

• Good data analytics skills – able to interpret data to provide relevant insights and recommendations
• Awareness of various government initiatives related to manpower/ HR interventions/ training
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• A good team player, self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Relevant work experience in the business development/ account management/ project management role would be advantageous

Job Description

Oversee and effectively maintain the M&E systems and supervise the M&E team in carrying out duties

Ensure all projects, preventive maintenance works and SOPs are carried out in excellent quality within the schedule timeline and budget

Perform site planning, coordination and inspection that related to M&E and facilities

Responsible in preparing tender specification & post contract and renovation projects

Oversee and effectively maintain the M&E systems. Analyse faults speedily and recommend holistic, sustainable and cost-effective solutions to the client

Ensure accurate records and progress reports is prepared on timely manner

Ensure proper arrangement of site organization and workforce management

Conduct regular meetings with FM teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors

Liaise with the equipment vendors at a technical and professional manner so that equipment faults escalation can be resolved within the shortest possible time

Ensure the operation teams comply with client & regulatory requirements.

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Experience in related ACMV, and Electrical or equivalent.

Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, ACMV or equivalent.

Possess strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work independently

Proficiency in MS Office.

Ability to work under pressure in a complex environment.
