What the role is

CAAS is seeking a passionate individual who is experienced in Capability Development function to join our team. You will play an important role in supporting learning programmes and initiatives that grow professionalism, capability and performance of CAAS colleagues.

What you will be working on

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Implement and manage learning programs and initiatives to address the organization's skill development and training needs, including coordinating registration, scheduling, logistics

• Coordinate with subject matter experts to provide training content, curriculum, and materials for various learning programs including sharing and briefing sessions

• Review training materials for coherency and relevancy to established organisational learning objectives

• Provide guidance and support to learners and learning partners to ensure smooth and high-quality training delivery standards

• Ensure timely accurate record updating in HR training system for analysis of training data and generate reports to track training participation, effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI) for learning initiatives

• Provide feedback and suggestions on process improvement in the capability development function for efficiency and effectiveness.

What we are looking for

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Human Resource, Organisational Development, or a related field, preferably with some prior experience in learning / capability development

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels across CAAS

• Ability to work independently, take initiative in delivering assigned tasks with accountability.

Note: Your appointment designation will commensurate with your relevant work experience. Successful candidates will be offered a 1-year employment contract.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to identify the need, follow through product’s requirement and specifications at the right quality.
• Responsible to source, negotiate, purchase, monitor, manage and improve require delivery time at a cost-effective saving way.
• Plan and execute on cost saving and reduction program and activities.

• Scope of responsibility also covers affiliate and branch offices. Hands-on of operations are expected when required.

What will I be doing?
