Our HR Executive (HR Operations & Admin) will be responsible for all aspects of leave processing, staff health insurance, support staff recruiting and onboarding and supply faculty. Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage recruitment activities including, ensuring job descriptions are kept up-to-date, job posting on the school website and job websites, coordinating the shortlisting of applicants, scheduling interviews and ensuring reference checks are completed.

• Support and assist on the Committee of Private Education (CPE) / EduTrust license process.
• Act in accordance with relevant legislation in Singapore, as well as UK guidelines, particularly with regards to educational provision, health and safety initiatives and child safeguarding and ensure that all students and staff maintain these standards
• Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and any other HR tasks assigned by the team lead.

Qualifications/Skills

• Diploma/ degree holder in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working within a school or other education environment

• Prior work experience in an international school environment will be preferred though not essential
