Key Duties and Responsibilities
As the Assistant Manager, Finance, you will be supporting the AP managed services function for Southeast Asia.
- Responsible for the accounts payable spectrum including purchase order approval for operating expenses, monitoring of the processing and settlement of vendor invoices, payment & reconciliation of vendor SOA.
- Prepare balance sheet closing entries and adjustments, including but not limited to recurring accruals, open PO review, accruals and prepayments.
- Prepare and review management accounts & AP schedules.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting with analysis to ensure accurate closing.
- Support annual budgeting process and internal & external audits.
- Prepare AP Dashboards.
- Any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, with at least 5-7 years of relevant working experience
- Experience with AP shared services functions and/or SAP S/4 Hana will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Meticulous and organized.
- Self-motivated, driven, and independent learner
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; confident in speaking with stakeholders
