• Responsible for full sets of accounts. • Prepare monthly financial reports, such as managing asset accounting, creating journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating year-end financial reports. • Responsible for complex balance sheets, P&L statements and management reporting. • Ensure accurate and updated reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis. • Complete bank reconciliations and maintain management schedules. • Provide monthly detailed variance analysis for both balance sheet and profit and loss items, supporting management reporting. • Manage vendor and customer invoicing and payment processing. • Handle bank reconciliations and cash management. • Assist with financial, tax filing processes and tax audits. • Assist with budgeting and forecasting, planning and analysis, internal policies procedures. • Ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Manage employee administration and recruitment for Southeast Asia Commercial Offices.
• Handle employee requests related to HR issues, rules, and regulations.
• Administer passes (application, renewal, cancellation).
• Prepare payroll for Singapore and Malaysia offices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee the full payroll process, including tracking changes, processing, payslip generation, CPF submissions, IR8A reporting, MINDEF notifications, and maternity leave tracking.
• Maintain and update personnel records (career progression, salary changes, absences, etc.).
• Manage work pass applications, submissions, renewals, cancellations, and updates.
• Coordinate and liaise with relevant parties to manage employee benefits (housing, car rental, furniture moves, etc.).
• Prepare HR documents, including offer letters, employment contracts, and termination letters.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes (IT services, exit interviews, return of company belongings, etc.).
• Monitor probation periods and issue confirmation notices.
• Handle insurance enrollment and termination for new and departing employees.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma/Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: At least 2–3 years in HR roles.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR administration, labor laws, and basic financial principles.
