DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Register hotel guest into the system with emphasis on fulfilling guest request, following necessary handling instructions and to establish credit policies and procedures

· Select and block rooms for arriving guest in taking into consideration special request, pre register VIPS, individuals or groups

· Work closely with Housekeeping to ensure that special requests are met and follow up accordingly

· Ensure that all guest information is correctly updated into Property Management System and maintained in an organized manner

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Programme Officer (Outreach and Engagement) works with their assigned centres to execute programmes to facilitate the interactions and engagement between the community and the clients/caregivers. He/she works with the community partners and volunteers for these outreach and engagement programmes and guides the centre and volunteers in executing the programme activities. He/she also collaborates and establishes relationships with volunteers, grassroots organisations, and community partners to fulfil MINDS' vision of outreach and serving the unserved and underserved segment of the ID population in Singapore through the centre's operations. He / she will work in close collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team, consisting of Allied Health Professionals such as the Psychologist, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, physiotherapist, and / or Speech Language Therapist, and Training Officers when designing the programmes. • Ensure the safety and well-being of community partners, volunteers and clients during programme activities, including risk assessment and management
• Execute the work processes to ensure smooth running of the Community Inclusive Space, which includes but not limited to the retail, workshop and drop-in centre portions of the space.

· Checking punch cards & update leave, medical & training record from time to time.

· Revised HR procedures and forms for running HR operations smoothly.

· Preparing and updating correspondence letters and memo to all employees.

· Employee Personal Files and HR System updating & backup from time to time.

· Customized reports layout by reprogramming accordingly to the needs of Management or other departments.

· Problems analysing and solution proposing to Management when needed.

Academic Requirement:

Diploma in Human Resource Management or higher/ Any relevant certificates

Experience/ Skill:

▪ Well versed in Employment Act and Industrial Relation.
