• Conduct Exit Interviews and engagement surveys.
• Review and implement Company’s health and well-being program.
• Administration of Company’s medical benefits/claims and invoices
• Manage and administer employee’s claim and related enquiries.
• Maintain proper HR records relating to medical/claims for all employees.
• Manage every two years Health Screening of employees.
• Coordinates with various departments to plan and implement employees' wellness plan.
• Liaise with vendors of existing and new health initiatives.
• Review and propose suggestions to improve existing welfare policies, procedures and programs.
• Propose and implement activities/collaboration with external parties to further enhance employee’s welfare.
• Administer baby vouchers, wreaths/get well baskets and all relevant matters related to employee’s welfare.
• Manage various engagement events in accordance to HR Calendar.
• Analysis of data collected from above activities to aid retention.
• Manage employee disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Support WICA & FWMI insurance claims
• Manage and administer work pass holders’ PCP
• Any other assignments given by immediate Superior.

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or other relevant disciplines
• At least 2 years' experience in HR, preferably in the construction industry
• Good knowledge in Employment Act and foreign work pass procedure
