• Render administrative support on automation initiative(s) undertaken by Finance Team.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare Records of Decisions (RoDs) / Minutes of Meeting (MoMs), monitor action items by Finance Team.
• Provide ad-hoc support on ongoing or exploratory projects such as coordination of activities, documenting of feedback, assisting with procurement paperwork with prior year reference, etc.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy / Business Admin or equivalent
• Meticulous, organised and strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of automation tools like PowerAutomate is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

· Stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards.

· Handle work passes processes.

· Handle Insurance renewal, claims, new purchase for workmen, vehicles, all risks, machinery.
