Duties/Responsibilities:

• Emergency response: Act promptly in emergencies, notify relevant personnel, and follow safety protocols.
• Quality and safety: Ensure compliance with quality standards and health/safety regulations.
• Product and parts sourcing: Procure items for general repairs, e.g., drywall and bathroom fixtures.
• Preventative maintenance: Monitor and execute scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Routine inspections: Regularly inspect premises and equipment for any issues.
• Contractor oversight: Supervise contractors during professional repairs.
• Project participation: Engage in various projects, including alteration works.
• System functionality: Verify the functionality of building systems like irrigation.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Work status reporting: Proficient in creating reports to update management on work status.
• Experience criteria: Preferably possess a minimum of three years in building maintenance, construction, plumbing, or electrician roles; however, it is not obligatory.
• Carpentry and repair expertise: Knowledgeable in general carpentry and repair practices.
• A&A project management: Experienced in overseeing Alteration and Addition (A&A) projects.
• Physical capabilities: Must be physically capable of climbing ladders, bending, or maneuvering in confined spaces.

Job Description:

*Handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly management accounts (including balance sheet and schedules).

*Handle General Ledger, month-end, and year-end closing

*Ensure all receipts are updated in the accounting system on a timely basis, update the cash book, and prepare monthly bank reconciliations

*Prepare financial data for entry into the accounting system

*Maintain and update the Fixed Assets register

*Prepare quarterly GST reporting and corporate tax filing

*Perform monthly intercompany billings and reconciliation of intercompany transactions and balances

*Liaise with professionals, tax agents, corporate secretaries, and auditors

*Knowledge of payroll processing

*Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

•Minimum Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

•At least 5 years of relevant experience

•Proficiency in Excel, preferably knowledge of accounting software

•Must know how to do payroll

Remuneration:

-Basic salary: $2800 to $4000 (Depending on experience and qualifications)

-Working Hours: Mon – Fri 830am to 6pm

-5 Days work week

Job Description:

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Assist in recruitment end-to-end activities from sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, filtering interview, offer management to on-boarding arrangement
• Explore and examine potential recruitment channels for effective hiring & handle job posting
• Assist in communicate and work closely with hiring managers to improve recruitment efficiency
• Assist in maintaining HR records, handle staff claim & other administrative matters
• Coordinating onboarding and offboarding of staff including full-timers, part-times, interns
• Support in office management and procurement of office supplies and stationeries
• Serves as receptionist back-up
• Other adhoc projects or matters

Requirement:
