• Support MOH lead – Medical Workforce Transformation in establishing productivity measure matrix using WAU (Weighted Average Unit) model and evaluate/mapping of medical activities to improve/streamline processes
• Establish and mange detailed plans, scope milestones and deliverables
• Assess and manage project risks and mitigation plans, call out necessary escalation whenever needed
• Conduct business requirement analysis and identify key business challenges and solutions
• Establish performance indicators, measure and achievement of desired business outcomes, identify improvement opportunities to achieve the desired outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or Above – Major in a quantitative discipline i.e. Finance, statistics, human resources, economics, or any related discipline

We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in high-throughput sequencing, microbiology, molecular biology, and cell culture techniques. The candidate will work with a team to develop in vitro and in vivo functional assays, collect and process tissue samples, and assist in the day-to-day operation of the lab.
