• To review, evaluate and assess the monitoring of instrumentation and interpretation of the results and provide analytical results/presentations
• To review Contractor's design and supervise all works associated to micro-tunneling and mining, Flyover works, sewer diversion (including shaft construction and pipe-jacking operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering
• At least 4 years’ of experience, of which 3 years experience in either geotechnical works or airport construction.
• Possess a valid RTO cert by IES Singapore

Role: SAP ABAP HR Consultant

Required skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP in HR/HCM
  S4 HANA conversion project implementation.
• Experience in SAP ABAP debugging in Human Resources / HCM with S/4 Conversion
• Involved in S4 Hana conversion projects implementation
• Strong technical skills in all areas of the ABAP workbench including: List, interactive, & ALV reporting; BAPIs and BDC scripts; SAPscript & SMART Forms; Adobe Forms; Dialog Programming; User-Exits & Customer Enhancements; Performance Tuning; ABAP Objects; Workflow; Analyzing ABAP logs/dumps; Researching SAP Notes
• Experience with developing interfaces between SAP and non-SAP applications
• Experience in support testing and data migration experience, as well as drafting of technical & functional specification for reports, interface, enhancement, forms
• Strong functional and configuration skills in all areas of the HR/HCM modules in various industries

• Provide one-on-one support and counselling for foreign domestic workers in the shelter.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents.
• Develop and implement programmes relating to mental well-being or mental wellness.
• Support the programme team in the planning and executing of programmes for residents.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure the effective coordination of programs and services.
• Implement mental wellness programs.
• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Perform basic administrative tasks.
• Be ready for ad hoc night duties during exceptional. (optional)

Degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
