Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of regular, ad-hoc and productivity reports and analytics for the Division.
• Manage ongoing and ad-hoc reporting needs for the Division, including identification and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators, and lead continued development of reports and solutions to provide accurate and relevant analysis.
• Enhance productivity and efficiency levels through a culture of continuous improvement and increase usage of automation to development a robust MIS infrastructure.
• Coordinate with regional counterparts to ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly productivity report of each country.
• Manage productivity of the Credit Management Division and providing meaningful insights to management.
• Consolidate/gather and align Regional Productivity Framework

Job Requirements:

• Recognized Degree holder (preferably in Banking & Finance or Business Admin or Computer Science or related field) with minimum of 1 year experience in MIS, data analysis and financial environment.
• Broad understanding of the business and information technology, including data networks and database management. Must also be able to review and understand the limitations of technology in relation to key business processes.
• Strong project management skills, pro-active, committed and result-oriented with high degree of drive.
• Knowledge in SAS scripting, databases, software development processes an advantage.
• A team player who is driven, analytical and meticulous, and possesses good written and verbal communication skills as well as an ability to work independently.

Location: Tuas (near to Gul Circle MRT)

Salary: $2,500 - $4,500

Working days: Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm, Sat 9am to 1pm (alt Saturday after probation)

• Manage procurement activities for Technical/Provisional ship supply items
• Source for suppliers based on competitive cost, quality, delivery performance
• Evaluate vendors & compare quality
• Consolidates marketing, sales and logistical information
• Negotiates contract terms & conditions
• Maintain and build relations with new and existing suppliers
• Ensures timely delivery of goods
• Assist in audits on procurement related matters
• Any other adhoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum O level
• Working experience in ship supply industry is preferred.
• Technical ship product knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of MTS (Marine Transportation System) is an advantage.
