Account Servicing Officer (Banking/East/Contract/Up to $3500)

Responsibilities
Perform technical verification checks on customers deposit accounts against Bank’s operating systems
Toggle between different systems to perform pre-processing and data entries into various systems
Update reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Handle internal/external enquiries
Trigger notification to inform customer on the application status
Exceptional handling on cases unable to be processed by robotic tool
Conduct root cause analysis and engage Support team to resolve robotics’ tool issues
Escalate any discrepancy / deviation to the Team Manager

Requirement
Min. 2 year of experience in financial institutions, with deposits knowledge would be an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft office 365 i.e. Excel
Ability to multi-tasking and manage different activities
Good team player

Duties:

1. Work in School environment; dealing with mainly public, students, clients.

2. Good customer service skills; able to communicate well.

3. Job duties include access control, issue visitors pass, answer general enquiries, protecting clients’ premise, clocking/patrolling etc.

4. Permanent Day Shift. No need to rotate.

Jobs scope:

• Monitor ship schedules before arrival and discharge at port.
• Keep charterers and owners advised on requirements pertaining to the fixtures such as voyage order, stowage, cargo quantity and cargo grades.
• Ensure relevant documents are available at various stages of operations.
• Serve the relevant delivery and re-delivery notices for ships.
