Job Overview:
We are looking for a capable and efficient Finance Officer to support our finance operations. The Finance Officer will be responsible for essential financial activities such as payroll processing, purchase order management, and CPF (Central Provident Fund) annual report preparation. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is preferred to facilitate communication in our bilingual work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including handling overtime, allowances, and other compensations.
Purchase Order Management: Oversee purchase order workflows, including verifying supplier invoices and managing approvals to maintain accurate records.
CPF Annual Report: Prepare and submit CPF annual reports in compliance with Singapore regulations.
Financial Statement and Record Maintenance: Compile monthly and annual financial statements and handle daily accounting transactions for accurate record-keeping.
Financial Data Analysis and Support: Assist with financial analysis and cost control initiatives to provide data insights for management decisions.
Cross-Department Coordination: Facilitate communication between HR, Operations, and Procurement to ensure seamless information flow.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting, with experience in Singapore finance preferred.
Knowledge of Singapore payroll systems and CPF reporting requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, with excellent data management skills.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with effective time management.
