JOB DESCRIPTION

· Use suitable techniques for sourcing, screening, and interviewing

· Use recruiting strategies, such as job advertising, to attract candidates

· Evaluate applications and resumes

· Candidate sourcing through databases, social media, etc.

· Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening

· Assigning the best candidates to various roles

· Conduct interviews and shortlist for following phases

· Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidate and employer

· Plan and organize job fairs to help boost company brand among candidates which includes manpower planning, creating marketing materials, advertising platforms

· Assist with any other HR administrative tasks

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Diploma in any related field

· Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly

· Proficient in Microsoft office

Responsibilities:

• Achieve the region target, working with Operating Companies sales.
• Utilize CRM to ensure substantial pipeline to achieve goals.
• Support region Aerospace IV account and formulate region Aerospace IV strategy.
• Promote of Aerospace IV Development by gathering and analyze insight & best practice of Global major Industries for Logistics, translate into sales collateral, define and supervise, lead the execution of global Aerospace IV strategy by following the plan in assigned region.
• Support Operating Companies to drive Aerospace IV business development.
• Act as a principal in leading Aerospace IV sales members in the region, observe fixed points of activities and carry out necessary support, advice and cooperation.
• Drive and lead key RFQ by working closely with Operating Companies & tender team.
• Develop Aerospace IV specific customer value proposition and commercial model, Collaborate with BUs to develop new global Aerospace IV specific products.
• Lead the analysis and development sales of the top companies in major industries and build the foundation to develop into important customers. Also use materials to explain basic information and logistics characteristics of Aerospace IV that make it easy for Opcos and the region to understand the characteristics and approach methods of each Aerospace IV, and to educate them widely.
• Identify target, potential accounts and guide the strategies and development plan in the region.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business-related field ideally with a major
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international logistics or as a sales representative in charge of customers in own IV.
• Exp in International logistics and business development for Aerospace Industry
• Knowledge and have deep understanding of Aerospace IV specificities
• Demonstrated excellence skill of strategic and tactics problem solving.
• Strong cooperation and able to engage information, personnel and people necessary to achieve objectives.
