Responsibilities:

• Execute service and maintenance workflows efficiently.
• Coordinate with client representatives on all service/maintenance matters.
• Assist the supervisor in organizing teams for service tasks and delegating responsibilities.
• Manage daily client interactions, ensuring their expectations are met.
• Support the supervisor in troubleshooting and timely completion of security system services.
• Understand each client's business to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all work complies with Workplace Safety and Health Act regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Requires knowledge and practical experience with security systems (e.g., Integrated Security Management, Card Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and CCTV systems).
• IT/Network/Server knowledge is a plus.
• Transport allowance provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design a secure protocol to link the blockchain and the physical world by attaching a smart tag with the physical component
• Propose a novel and elegant consensus protocol based on verifiable random functions
• Write a research paper to report the fundamental theoretical advances on blockchain scalability and security
• Implement proof-of-concept prototypes for our designed blockchain-based system and conduct extensive experiments to evaluate its scalability and security
• Write a research paper to report the design and implementation of our novel blockchain-based system for tracking supply chains

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Network Security Engineering or related areas
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Positive working attitude and a good team player
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task

Job Responsibilities:

• Timely processing of bilateral and syndication loans drawdown, rollover, rate fixing, billing, repayment and facility fees collection.
• Support remittance and deposits placement functions.
• Perform AML screening as well as pre & post transactional handling.
