Responsibilities:
1. As a HR Sourcing Specialist, you will work with the Business Search team to meet and support the business team goals. You will creatively and innovatively source and identify the human resource talents to recommend to our business team and clients.
2. You will source and identify suitable and quality candidates through online channels (job boards, internal database, forums, local social platforms and professional networks).
4. You will engage interactively in the recruitment, interview and selection process.
5. You will develop and constantly maintain a good pool of quality candidates for our clients’ hiring needs.
6. You will keep abreast of all hiring channels, identify and develop new ones to meet the various hiring needs of clients.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree
2. Experience is not necessary. Willing to learn and work hard.
3. Good attitude, pleasant and engaging personality.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Sharp, fast, flexible, organised and can multi-task
