The Director, HR Consulting - Asia Pacific is a frontline business partner, supporting Commercial Services & Technology teams in APAC, working closely with regional HR and HR COEs to activate, promote, and deliver the HR strategy, including business plan, objectives and deliverables, change management, and communication implementation. What will I be doing?
As the Director, HR Consulting - Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Directing Activities

• Delivery of generalist HR advice and support in all aspects of performance and talent management, recruitment, retention, reward, and employment legislation.
• Employee Relations (ER) – Manage ER queries as they arise. Raise any concerns to the next level. Support, influence, and coach as situations arise, providing accurate and commercial ER guidance.

Planning Activities
