Job Descriptions:

• Co-ordinate and liaise with respective subsidiaries regarding group consolidation matters.
• Ensure subsidiaries submit consolidation packages in a timely manner.
• Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing, and consolidate financial statements of the Group in accordance with IFRS and Group requirements.

• Engage with stakeholders and participate in meetings or discussions with customers at a working level.
• Promptly address customer issues as they arise.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions to the Project Manager/Director.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager/Director to manage staff training and development, conduct performance reviews, and oversee the team's welfare.
• Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all relevant regulations and laws.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, or relevant discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in HR or related field including supervisory experience
• Experience in shared services is an added advantage
• Past working experience in government ministries and statutory boards is preferre
• Experience using Workday is an added advantage.
