• Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene.

This role is within the Business Management team, the predominant focus is on headcount, financials, and reporting.

• Assist team lead with managing and planning team financials, ensuring forecasting and budgeting are aligned with the targets.
• Assist with compiling monthly/annual reports, collect financial and operational data.
• Participate in collaborative initiatives with the team and stakeholders to simplify processes, improve and add value to existing business processes.
