Job Responsibilities:

• Fulfilled all assigned delivery on time.

• Create, assign and manage logistics delivery and pickup orders in Delivery app or online console

• Update customer data or details in online console for logistics orders

• Delivery/collection of goods/documents from customer, outlet, suppliers or any designated place.

• Ensure proper handling and security of items collected and delivered.

• Ensure the vehicle is well maintained and in usable condition.

• Loading and unloading goods.

• Assist warehouse duties if required.

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes.

• Follow routes and time schedule.

• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle.

• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints and liaising with the Customer Service Team.

• Collect payments if needed.

• Inform customers about new products and services.

• Complete logs and reports.

• Follow traffic regulations and safety standards.

Job Requirements:

• Class 3 Driving License.
