Responsibility:

• Responsible for full Spectrum of HR and Admin duties such as Recruitment, L&D, on-off boarding, compensation, payroll outsourcing (SEA) and reporting (HR reports and Cost) and other HR matters in local and SEA market
• Collaborate with management to execute company direction with HR activities, HR policies, engagement and other programs
• Responsible for general affairs and office managements
• Work and support regional (SEA) HR manager on strategic HR activities and initiatives, such as Culture, Labour, Hiring, Growth, L&D and Talent Management.
• Responsible for regional HR tactical matters in the Core Areas of Excellence.
• Support regional manager with Analytics Processes, work flow management and maintain electronic or physical documentations
• Any ad-hoc duty as given

Requirement:

• Min Degree in HR or relevant field
• Min 5 years of full spectrum and HR operation experience with at least 2 years regional experience.
• Experience with Workday, BIPO will be added advantage.

Administer various HR duties and support IT matters

<HR>

• Payroll Administration.
• Administer HRMS, ensuring employee database is maintained and up to date.
• Work pass administration (Application, Renewal and Cancellation).
• Administer employee C&B (H&S, WICI etc).
• Administer employee on-boarding/off-boarding procedure including expatriates.
• Assist on employee handbook review and update.
• Assist on HR policies and procedures review and update.
• Participate on full cycle of recruitment exercise.
• Support on annual audit for HR related part.
• Participate on PDPA.
• Support learning and development for local employees.
• Support on APEC business travel card for Japanese expatriates, liaising with both Japan HQ and expatriates.
• Prepare various HR letters (Employment Contract, Promotion Letter, Employment Certification Letter, Bonus Letter etc).
• Manage Confidential document (P-file etc).
• Support with vendor for expatriates’ income tax, IR21 and prepare local employee income tax and IR21.

Job Duties:

Handle all HR functions:

• Facilitate and assist recruitment process, coordinate interview arrangements, prepare employment agreements, etc.
• Support onboarding and offboarding tasks.
• Maintain accurate HRI records.
• Handle employees’ insurance and wellness programs.
• Ensure compliance of employees’ work permits, support and follow up on new applications, monitor and initiate renewal in a timely manner.
• Handle monthly payroll and CPF submission.
• Prepare and provide monthly HR schedules and reports (i.e.: leave balance report).
• Support annual performance review process.
• Update and maintain HR policies, employees’ guidelines, code of conduct in accordance with Group’s directions.

Handle all general administration functions:

Other function:

Job Requirements:

· Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in HR, including recruitment and payroll.

The Executive/ Senior Executive, Business Process IT Strategy and Innovation (BPIT) supports the organisation in Business Process Info. Tech. and Strategy & Innovation at the regional level.

This person will be support in the digitalisation progress across the organisation by driving and implementing a robust IT infrastructure to support the Company’s expansion. He/she is expected to manage the transition from the current to the new infrastructure end to end while performing preventive and corrective IT works as and when required.

As part of digitalisation, he/ she will explore potential Business Intelligence (BI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) suitable for the Group. He/she will be involved in handling of IT Ops-related matters and coordination (IT Budget, Infrastructure Maintenance & Procurement), while managing regional IT training needs and IT security through effective regional IT communication.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, or any relevant field of study
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in business process improvement and transformation.
• Knowledge in Business Process Management and Agile practices would be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in business processes to ensure high quality and efficient operations
• Knowledge of process improvement software and tools.
