Job Scope

• Ordering of office stationery, office pantry & supplies, office packing material
• Process, Distribution, Turbines, LNG spare parts
• Creation of quotation for spare part inquiry from customer
• Processing of order/PO from customer
• Open of SO/WO for customer
• Open of PO to CS France (occasionally CS USA, UK, China)
• Packing of parts for customer’s orders from Singapore stock which involve printing staging list, work order label, inventory adjustments
• Processing of consignment notes – DHL, UPS, TNT & forwarder for all delivery of shipment from Singapore
• Monitor and follow up on all delivery schedules ex Cs France for customer’s order
• Monitor and packing of incoming parts for delivery to customer in Singapore and combined with partial stock from Singapore stock to customer
• Coordination with CS France on delivery schedule, missing parts, wrong parts delivery for customer’s order
• Processing of customer’s requirement on issue of Certificate of Origin/Quality
• Open proforma Invoice for Customer’s order on advance payment
• Checking on payment details transaction with bank - Accounting

Key responsibilities:

As the Project Manager, you will assume full profit and loss (P/L) responsibility for project execution. Your role involves ensuring the completion of financial scopes and projects within specified schedules and meeting customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will oversee your team and subcontractors based on Semco Maritime's managerial values.

• Adhering to the project process model
• Taking overall responsibility for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with all aspects (schedules, timelines, budget control, execution, completion, handover)

Job Requirements:

Experience with telecom projects and yard/offshore work would be an advantage. Moreover, you are able to handle all commercial aspects when cooperating with customers. You see the big picture and address finance, HSEQ, and management and customer requests determinedly and with experience.
Effective communication skills.

• Bachelor of Engineering within Telecommunication and Electronic Engineering or other relevant background.
• You have at least 5 years of international experience as a Project Manager.
• Industrial experience – yard and/or offshore.

Social Worker will be working with youths and their families in the community. List of
responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Initiate and/or participate in outreach efforts related to the Division, which include developing outreach plans to publicise the Division Programmes and establishing good relationships and contacts with stakeholders or community partners
• Management of referrals, and engaging referral agency / person for intake and assessment
• Case assessment and conceptualisation by conducting a thorough assessment of the case using information gathered during the intake and subsequent engagement with client, family, and stakeholder.
• Collaborate with clients to develop intervention plans, and provide counselling and support to address their risks and needs issues; advocate for clients' rights and access to essential services within the community and relevant systems

• Research and evaluation through keeping abreast of current research and trends, and participate in and support research projects.
• Professional development and education by preparing for, attending, and presenting cases at Internal Case Reviews / Case Conceptualisation meetings / Clinical supervision on a regular basis. Involve in supervising interns and/or students on placement.
