Job responsibilities:

• Provide service and support for Vertical probe cards
• Liaise with customers and factory on the card issues
• Compile of investigation report/tracker/monthly report
• Support for DOE (design of experiment) or evaluations either by customer or company’s initiative
• Pin replacement onsite
• Station at client’s site

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in Electronics/Mechatronics
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry
• Candidates with no experience can apply
• Possess basic electronics and troubleshooting skills
• Able to start within short notice
