• Monitor daily staff attendance for accuracy and address any attendance-related issues promptly.
• Compile attendance and payroll data for submission, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Compose HR-related memos to communicate policy changes, procedures, and other relevant matters.
• Administer warning letters, confirmation letters, and termination letters as required.
• Handle recruitment activities, such as job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and job offers.

Job Requirements:

• Hold a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Administrative, or Business Studies.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, with an advantage in managing blue-collar workers.
• 3 years of experience in payroll-related tasks.
• Knowledgeable about MOM regulations and HR practices.
• Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
