We are seeking an HR, Administration & Operations Executive to take on a critical role in managing the Company’s human resources, office operations, and strategic programs. Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

1. Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
2. Ensure employment agreement templates are updated in the common folder.
3. Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with Company policies and a positive employee experience.
4. Maintain and update employee records, including leave management and benefits administration.
5. Address HR-related inquiries and liaise with external vendors as required.

Executive Support:

3. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of senior leadership.
4. Lead or assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership.

Qualifications and Skills

What’s the role?
