JOB DESCRIPTION

• We need help with exam logistics and safety measure control.
• Deployed for exam invigilation duties, sort scripts, and pack scripts when needed.

WORKING HOURS

Reporting times and working times:

• Daily schedule: 8.30 8.30am to 5.30
• I will be rostered to work till 10.30
• (ONLY IF REQUIRED): On certain weekdays during exam period from April 15 to April 26, 2024

Hourly Rate

Normal Hourly rate: $10.00 per hour

Overtime rate : $15.00 per hour (After 40.5 hours per week)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level, Diploma / Degree
• Team Player

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver day to day HR operational transactions within service level agreement (SLAs)
• Maintain personnel records accurately in our SAP SuccessFactors HCM for ready reference
• Work with external vendor(s) and IT support teams to resolve HR system issues that could impact end-user experience, data integrity, or overall end-to-end system functionality
• Help in user acceptance testing for our HCM solutions enhancement when required
• Support and facilitate the transition of HR operational activities into the central/regional HR Shared Services
• Assist with HR projects related to streamlining business processes
• Any adhoc tasks and initiatives as assigned

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR operations specialist using HRIS

Job Description:

• To assign divisions in the full spectrum of human resources operations functions ranging from recruitment, staff deployment and posting to exit management, to staff, in the employee journey and professional development;
• To develop and execute HR operational policies/plans for PA staff; and in the efficient and effective management of current and upcoming HR business priorities.

Job Requirements:

• Manage manpower resourcing, including recruitment, outreach, on-boarding, postings and secondment, internship management, re-employment, contract renewal and exit management.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, communicate effectively, and build trust, to effectively influence, facilitate, negotiate, and resolve conflict in order to develop and engage employees (e.g., convey policy rationale).
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies (sourcing, assessment, and selection) to maximise the effectiveness of the selection process that will help the client achieve its current and long-term goals.
• Provide professional advice to Division on the interpretation of HR policies and staff matters (e.g., staff profile, recruitment, postings, temporal staff, re-employment, exit strategies etc).
• Champion new ways of working by applying and implementing innovative solutions to day-to-day work.
• Design, translate, and implement policies and processes that are staff-centric while taking into consideration staff and organisational needs, relevant legislations, and industry best practices.
• Develop and implement strategies that facilitate staff movements to meet the client's current and long-term goals and strategies, in anticipation of future workforce trends and conditions.
• Leverage on technology and digital tools to optimise and enhance HR functions. This includes fostering a tech-focused and pro-digitalisation culture in the HR team.
• Use data and analytics across a range of HR functions to generate insights for business intelligence and foresights for planning purposes.
• Promote teamwork and team learning of HR staff for greater effectiveness and productivity of HR work.
