• Having a Masters in Counselling and/or specialized certification in a therapy is advantageous

Job Responsibility:

• Responsible in providing day-to-day HR and Administrative supports
• Assist with the recruitment process, employment contracts, on-boarding and off-boarding process.
• Maintain & updating staff personal file.
• Manage work passes application, renewal and cancellation.
• Administer staff benefits such as leave records, insurance claim, medical claim etc.

The Executive is accountable to HR & Admin HOD and is responsible to assist with the talent acquisition, policy development, objectives determination, and other human resource processes in company.
