About the job
As the Executive/Senior Executive in HR & Corporate Communications, you will be responsible for the overall group strategic and operational planning, and management of Human Resource Functions.
- Manage the overall recruitment and selection process to hire good talent for retention and growth
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and line managers on staff management and corporate HR initiatives
- Collaborate with HR Specialist teams and union officials to maintain favorable industrial relations
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, systems and procedures that are aligned with the overall business acumen of the organization
- Manage foreign workers’ administration matters such as application and renewal of work passes and their dependent passes
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and other departments on HR-related matters such as insurance administration, processing of invoices, office administration and processing of relevant government subsidies
- Assists in payroll administration, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A annual Income Tax Assessment and staff claims
- Assist in training and development matters such as registration of courses, updating of training records and following up on relevant training subsidies
- Other adhoc HR operations duties assigned
About the team
Reporting to the Manager in HR & Corporate Communications directly, you will play an instrumental role in building effective HR services delivery to support the operations and growth of the organization.
Skills & Qualifications Required
To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline, with at least 3 years of Human Resources experience, along with an excellent understanding of HR processes, procedures and relevant labor law.
