Job responsibilities:

• Handle office facility maintenance, including liaising with vendors
• Monitor and replenish office and workshop supplies (groceries, stationery, corporate gifts, and drinks)
• Coordinate with vendors for regular maintenance and ad-hoc repairs
• Ensure smooth operations of company equipment, including photocopy machines and office appliances.
• Organise staff events such as outdoor lunches, year-end dinners, and other team-building activities.
• Update staff leave records
• Manage monthly utility, phone and internet bills
• Assist with PSA pass applications/renewal and vehicle road tax reminders
• Track and order corporate merchandise (e.g. polo tees, gifts)
• Coordinate the printing of corporate materials and name cards

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office coordination role
• Candidates with no experience can apply. On-the-job training is provided
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

The successful incumbent who will be part of a global process delivery team, will be managing high volume HR processes by ensuring accuracy, efficiency & compliance of global HR data & processes using Workday. The incumbent will play a part in all employee lifecycle events which includes processing requests via ServiceNow. In addition to conducting regular audits of HR data & transactional processes, you will be involved in process improvements to improve the efficiency of the team.

Requirements

• Degree with min 1 year OR diploma with 5 years experience in HR operations or its equivalent

• Entry level degree holders with internship experience in HR welcome to apply too
