• Responsible for execution all assigned projects with respect to Safety, Quality, Design, Procurement, Construction, Contractual, Budget, Schedule and Resources
• Ensure competent / qualified Project Engineer / Designer / Drafter assignment to the project
• Ensure project execution compliance in accordance to PQP
• Manage all project stakeholders (Owners, Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors, Third Parties & Internal Team) for smooth project execution
• Approve Purchase Requisitions / Invoices on-time for issuing PO & payment to suppliers
• Project Cost control (including site expenditure) to ensure profit margin for the projects
• Ensure additional works are carried out with Variation Order Request approval from customer
• Manage cash flow of the assigned projects by ensuring regular progress claims submission & approval relating to the work progress at site
• Achieve all assigned projects’ objectives (Project On time delivery, Project Cost less than the allocated budget etc.)
• Escalate challenges to MD appropriately to resolve it on time
• Conduct regular meetings with the Project Team on Project status update
• Other adhoc duties as assigned

Job Scope

• To assist in the drafting of customer agreements for the Group on a timely basis
• To conduct searches, collate and verify relevant documents from various parties and ensure completeness of documentation before drafting of agreements
• To maintain proper filing of contracts and safe keeping of original agreements at all time
• To assist and support in providing contract related information to various parties as and when requested
• Preparation of documents to respective finance personnel for accounting purposes
• Scanning and upload the full contracts with all attachments onto ERP Systems
• Create of new customer code.
• To furnish final reminder, initial and commence legal proceeding as according to the Group protocol
• To monitor and follow-up on legal cases until the cases have closed or conclude
• To liaise with lawyers on legal matters
• Arrange to meet up with customers together with Sales personnel to negotiate repayment plans
• To update respective Finance/Commercial/Credit Control personnel on account status on legal related matters
• Any other ad-hoc assignments

Requirement

• Diploma in any disciplines with at least 2 years of working experience
