• Oversee the full recruitment process, from job postings to job offers, ensuring efficiency and timeliness.
• Handle end-to-end payroll processing with precision, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal and company standards.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements, including local audits.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to engage employees across all levels, addressing grievances and management concerns effectively.
• Provide comprehensive support for HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, addressing employee queries, and offering timely HR advice.
• Assist in planning and executing employee welfare programs and company initiatives.
• Be hands-on and ready to support team members to maintain smooth HR operations and ensure business continuity when required.
• Perform other administrative or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a related qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with the full recruitment cycle, mass recruitment, payroll, and familiarity with RBA/ISO standards in the manufacturing sector is advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Trustworthy, ethical, and approachable, with a positive and professional demeanor.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
• Proactive attitude with a sense of urgency in meeting priorities.
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work well with minimal supervision.
