• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various digital marketing channels, including social media, paid search, email marketing, website analytics, and display advertising, etc.
• Develop an action plan or marketing strategy for the company.

2. Campaign Optimization:

• Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Provide recommendations for adjustments to campaign strategies based on data-driven insights, A/B testing, and best practices.

3. SEO and Content Analysis:

• Undertake SEO initiatives and monitor website rankings to improve organic search visibility, generate engaging content to captivate industrial audiences, foster website loyalty, and highlight our product offerings on our e-commerce store.

4. Data Tracking and Implementation:

• Ensure proper implementation and tracking of digital marketing tags and pixels including Google Tag Manager, Meta pixel, etc
• Troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues to ensure accurate data collection.

5. Reporting and Presentation:

• Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to showcase the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts
• Build and strengthen rapport with brand partners through our regular meetings on campaign performance, with data-driven recommendations

Job Requirements

• 3 years of experience in digital marketing analytics or a related role.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Piwik, Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc
• In-depth understanding of SEO & SEM principles and best practices.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques such as Power BI

Duties and responsibilities:

• Administrative Matters
• Perform order processing for day-to-day routes, allocations of retail stores and home deliveries request.
• Liaise with retail stores via email &telephone for the arrangement of home deliveries date if it is arranged on the date wrongly.
• Data entry of pickers’daily activities including the volume of reach customers’ order.
• Picking
• Supervise & lead a team of pickers on pick & pack for Estore, Wholesales, Retail Stores, Home Deliveries, Corporate and Hamper production to meet the fulfilment schedule.
• Supervise all movements of cargoes out of the warehouse.
• Ensure that all picking requests are met according to individual channel's customers guidelines.
• Ensure dispatch bags and other requests made via other departments are merged with the deliveries.
• Follow up closely on customers’ operations issues, discrepancies, and damages.
• Marshalling
• Manage the loading bay activities.
• Ensure all goods are ready at loading bay for deliveries upon picking completion.
• Prepare & submission of the monthly report of the team performance.
• Warehouse Improvement
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
• Draft operations work instructions, process flow, Root Cause Analysis.
• Ensure workplace health &safety guidelines are followed closely.
• Always ensure general housekeeping & cleanliness.
• Inventory Management
• Involve in Quarterly StocksCounting and stocksvariance investigation.
• Team Management
• Monitor pickers’ productivity and accuracy level.
• Team performance review, objectives setting.
• Responsible for overseeing the operation of the warehouseand its team members.
• Train new team members ensuring OJT is performed as well as to record new team members progress.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned such as assist in gift sets production, returns sorting, disposal of shrinkage, return to bin for reverse logistics.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Warehouse Management and/or Industrial Engineering.
• 5 years of relevant working experience in warehouse/logistics.
• Must have Forklift license.
• Able to drive MHE at height.
